Phibsboro Press is an independent publisher based in Dublin, Ireland. We produce short-run, high-quality print editions on art, architecture, photography and design. Our focus is on the printed object as a means to question, reflect, and provoke, as well as being a platform for collaboration between writer, designer, and subject. We welcome open submissions. If you have a project that resonates with our publishing programme we encourage you to share it for consideration.

Cormac Murray
Writer/Editor

Cormac Murray MRIAI is an Irish architect, writer, and lecturer. In 2021, he co-authored The Dublin Architecture Guide, 1937-2021, a guide to 255 modern buildings in the greater Dublin area, published by The Lilliput Press. Cormac is a series editor at Type.ie, an online platform for design and the built environment. He was awarded an Agility Award grant by the Arts Council of Ireland to research the US Embassy in Dublin.

Eamonn Hall
Graphic/Web Designer

Eamonn is a graphic designer and creative director with over 10 years industry experience. He has worked in design studios, ad agencies and more recently as creative director of ART DEPT. The studios clients include the Irish Architecture Foundation (IAF), the National Gallery of Ireland, the Architectural Association of Ireland (AAI) and the Irish Film Institute (IFI). Additionally, he is the founder and creative director of the Phibsboro Press, an independent publishing imprint currently finalising production of its first architecture book America at Home, by writer Cormac Murray.
